The basis of this project lies in two concepts: Loneliness and war... both destructive by nature, but not in exactly the same way. Humans are social creatures with the unique ability to empathize with their genetic counterparts -- and when this need for social connectivity is unfulfilled, it leaves a person feeling defeated, lonely and conflicted.
War typically involves the battle of one group against another with the potential for grave physical loss. The concept of a "Lonely Warrior" is a sad one -- a character both at odds with himself, and others.
